We did a Town Hall Meeting for all employees coast to coast to kick off the New Year. The staff submitted questions about things like our technology stack, our 2-3 year outlook for the firm, how we’re planning to address the mass affluent segment of the wealth market, whether we’re planning to add more subject matter expertise in areas like elder care, special need childcare and estate planning and how the greatest risks or challenges we see for our company. These questions force me to think about things that don’t often occur to me on a day to day basis.
