Rising Rates!

The 30-year Treasury is above 3%!

The 2-year note is above 1%!

Mortgage rates are above 4%!

Here we go. It’s the biggest rally in yields since the June 2013 Taper Tantrum.

Everybody’s bugging out. Not I.
