Frozen Assets / Minneapolis Happy Hour Tweet-up

Greetings from the land of the ice and snow, from the midnight sun where the hot springs blow. OK, I’m not not literally in Scandinavia but the next best thing – Minnesota. Minneapolis, specifically.

I feel like I’ve come home – everyone here looks like me, what with all the giant dudes with blond hair, blue eyes and red beards. My mother’s family was from Ireland, which means it is likely that I’ve got a lot of Norseman DNA somewhere along the chain. Also, I love Haagen-Dazs, so…

Anyway, I’m here to present at the CFA Institute’s 2016 Wealth Management Conference in downtown MPLS. I’m also looking forward to catching up with Isaac Presley, who writes the excellent Cordant Wealth blog and to hear Tom Brakke’s talk on selecting and monitoring investment managers.
