Contest: Name Nokia's New Phone!

Nokia has a poll up offering us the chance to pick one of 20 names for it’s forthcoming line of Microsoft Windows-based smartphones.  This phone is make or break for both companies, it simply has to get traction in order for either of them to hang on to that last shred of credibility in the handset/OS business.

On the list of potential names are the usual cheesey, meaningless trifles like “Amaze” or “Metro” or “Revolution” or “Strike”….yawn.  So I thought it might be fun to see if we could do better.  In the comments section below, name the new Nokia-Microsoft smartphone, the best suggestion wins a fully-loaded 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, hand-crafted by surly Teamsters with guaranteed health benefits that extend to their great-grandchildren.

I’ll get you started with some of my ideas:

1. The Ballmer Brick

2. The Hail Maryphone

3. Findows

4. The Un-Android

5.  Zunefone

Okay, you’re up!
