Michael had Logan Mohtashami on The Compound to talk about everything we know right now about the housing market, and how the impact of COVID-19 might play out this year. Logan said something that I think would be considered very provocative in some circles, about how the student loan “crisis” or affordability problem is mostly an over-hyped myth, and that it’s basically the left wing’s version of the right wing’s goldbuggery.
