keeping active during retirement

More and more of the clients and prospective clients we talk to wave away the idea of retirement as though its a dirty word. They can all actually do it – they sometimes just don’t want to.

All of the scientific research says that staying attached to a profession or career can help stave off deterioration of the brain. Idleness has been shown to quicken the onset of Alzheimer’s, dementia, etc.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the implications of this for the markets and economy…
