This is a very big deal. When Howard Marks writes something, every serious investor reads it. Including Warren Buffett.

Marks is probably the single most cogent investment thinker currently managing money today. His memos are canonical and his book, The Most Important Thing, could be The Most Important Book you’ll ever read on the topics of risk, reward, second-level thinking and building a career as an asset manager.
