I spent quite a bit of time this winter / spring battling “commodities experts” in the media about the prospects for the base metal. Between bank execs who were trying to launch copper ETFs and dopey buy-and-holders, I had my hands full explaining that copper was going nowhere minus demand from China (which is currently throwing the kitchen sink at inflation).
Anyway, Chris Kimble‘s latest chart shows how copper (and stock leadership) is slipping here…
