Calling All Stockpickers – Deadline Friday

Hey Gang,

So I gave you the heads up on this a couple weeks back, just wanted remind everyone that the deadline for submission is Friday:

The public are invited to test their best investment strategies for the investment world’s top talent, including Michael Price, Bill Ackman, David Einhorn, Joel Greenblatt and Seth Klarman.

The deadline for submitting an investment idea is this Friday, May 20, 2011,

Entrants must submit an online application that includes an analysis of a favorite current investment idea; selections can be any marketable security, long or short, provided that the company’s market capitalization is greater than $1 billion as of 4pm EST on May 20, 2011.  The judges will then determine the most compelling investment idea submitted, with a one-year horizon, and the winner will be invited to present his or her investment idea at the conference itself on May 25, before 2,000 attendees.
