Moving On from StockTwits

Dear Readers, Well-Wishers and Fans of The Reformed Broker Blog,

I have very exciting news to share as we head into the weekend.  Beginning Monday, April 4th, I will be moving on from StockTwits and taking TRB over to Wallet Pop, my new blogging home!  The Reformed Broker will be the first Wall Street blog on the Wallet Pop network, and I couldn’t be more fired up!

If you’re not familiar with Wallet Pop, it recently ranked as one of TIME Magazine’s Top 25 Finance Blogs.  While I’m not exactly sure how it’s even a blog to begin with, the importance of the content and urgency of the site’s message is undeniable.

I want to thank Wallet Pop for offering me the opportunity to make my mark on the very site that broke the Free Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream on April 12th story and the landmark series on what to do with gift cards from “troubled retailers”.

I’ve had a great run with StockTwits and before making my decision, I had a long conversation with Howard and Phil.  When I explained the offer made by Wallet Pop, they understood that this was something I just had to pursue.  For their support and encouragement for me to follow my dream, I will owe StockTwits an eternal debt of gratitude.

Thanks to all of you for making TRB the the 26th best financial blog on the internet.  Join me Monday at my new Wallet Pop home as we combine cutting edge Wall Street commentary with hard-hitting coupon features and home economics journalism.

See you there!
