Video: Bruce Berkowitz and the Battle for St. Joe

Bruce Berkowitz of the Fairholme Fund was on CNBC this morning discussing his intentions regarding St. Joe ($JOE).

Just to catch you up, Bruce is the largest shareholder and has just resigned from the company’s board after only 6 weeks. He wants shareholder value created and all of them gone. They, umm, disagree?
