I love reading interviews when the subject is someone I truly admire. I also love it when the questions are good enough to expose a whole ‘nother aspect of a person that I thought I knew all about.
For this reason, I’m obsessing over Wall St Cheat Sheet in a major way.
The site was created by the famous Flying Hoffman Brothers, and while it’s still somewhat early in it’s development, I think they may have something terrific on their hands.
There are several nodes on the site, including trading advice, trading commentary, book reviews etc. These are all interesting, but by far, the Interview category is the standout.
Where else could you find a killer discussion with Barry Ritholtz about his first encounter with Lehman bond salesmen, a talk with Howard Lindzon about the life of a serial entrepreneur, the righteous venting of Matt Taibbi, and then to top it all off, the first ever interview with Zero Hedge’s Tyler Durden?
The answer is nowhere else. Only Damien and Derek are getting these interviews and , more importantly, asking the insightful questions that matter to the rest of us.
This is a cool niche, I can’t wait to see who they get next.
Keep up the great work on the site, guys. We’ll be reading!
