In addition to our keynotes – Scott Galloway (NYU), Cliff Asness (AQR), Liz Ann Sonders (Schwab), Jim Ross (State Street Global Advisors), Tim Buckley (Vanguard) and Jason Zweig (Wall Street Journal), I am pleased to let you know about some other folks you’ll be delighted to see there:
Myles Udland from Yahoo Finance is taking hosting duties on the first panel, which is about how you can convey an evidence-based approach to investors. Vlad Zdorovtsov, Managing Director, Director of Quantitative Equity Research, SSGA is featured there, along with Wes Gray (Alpha Architect), Eddy Elfenbein (Crossing Wall Street) and Liz Ann.
George Pearkes (Bespoke), Ari Wald (Oppenheimer) and JC Parets have been added to our technical analysis panel discussion, to be moderated by the fabulous Linette Lopez (Business Insider).
The emerging markets panel is going to be ridiculously good – we’ve added Jeremy Schwartz (WisdomTree), Perth Tolle (Life + Liberty Indexes) and Leland Miller (China Beige Book Int’l).
We have a panel about whether or not there is an evidence-based approach to private equity – a hot topic this year. So far, it’ll be Brent Beshore (Adventur.es) and Morgan Housel (Collaborative Fund). Ted Seides of Protege Partners fame is going to moderate this one.
Ben Carlson is moderating a panel about the future of quant and all the new data sets being employed and the panel is crazy good – Corey Hoffstein (Newfound Research), Leigh Drogen (Estimize) and Patrick O’Shaughnessy (O’Shaughnessy Asset Management).
Meb Faber (Cambria) and Charlie Bilello (Pension Partners) are on the commodities panel, which is being hosted by Anora Gaudiano from MarketWatch.
Hundreds of people are coming to this. It’s going to be the best one-day conference you’ve ever seen. You gotta be there.
