This Week on TRB

We had our semi-annual partners’ offsite this week – out of the office, out of the city so we could all think straight and go over the strategic plan. The fun part is that the strategic plan changes all the time as we find our way. Making decisions with smart, passionate partners is one of the highlights of my career, I love how we reach decisions and all of the arguments that have to take place to get us all on the same page. We’re blessed to have a million different opportunities in front of us, the key is choosing wisely between them. Also, I ate like three sandwiches.
