‘Fargo’ Season 2 Trailer Hits!

I was skeptical about FX’s Fargo when it began its first season last year. I loved the film enough that a televised version with all new actors and characters and no Coen Brothers involvement seemed like sacrilege. And no Buscemi – come on!

But I was wrong, it was great – maybe the best new show of 2014 other than True Detective.

And like True Detective, Fargo is starting its second season by completely restarting the show – almost all new characters and a time warp prequel that takes us back to 1979. But the first official trailer, which hit the web today, looks pretty outstanding. The accents are hilarious and there’s Ted Danson and Kirsten Dunst too. Also, Nick Offerman without a mustache.

Unfortunately, we have to wait til October. This will tide you over until then.
