Stocktoberfest East and the inaugural Cashtag Awards!

My friends at StockTwits are throwing their first ever conference in New York City on March 30th, inexplicably called Stocktoberfest East. The original Stocktoberfest out in Coronado Island, CA has been a must-attend for me every year.

There’s no other event that so seamlessly combines the cutting edge of investing, social media and startup culture in the way that Howard Lindzon & Co have been doing it all these years. I’m really excited to see how the Manhattan event goes off, but early indications are that over 400 people will be there, networking, speaking, showing off products and services, etc.

The venue, Guastavino’s in the East 50’s, is a great space. That night, we’ll have the Cashtag Awards, recognizing the very best in social investing – top bloggers, twitter accounts, best investment ideas of the year, best charts, etc. Read about it at Howard’s blog here.

Join us there, we’ll have a blast!

Stocktoberfest East is the premiere StockTwits event on the East Coast. Located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, STBF East is for traders, investors, fintech entrepreneurs, technologists, media and financial institutions, all discussing “What’s next?” for the financial markets. The event will feature prominent industry leaders, startup company demos, executive fireside chats, and the first ever “Cashtag Awards,” celebrating “The good, the bad, and the ugly of the markets.” Join us and gain an edge on investing in 2017.
