Mick and Jeff officially kick off Summertime 2014

It’s not officially Summertime until DJ Jazzy Jeff and my man Mick put out their Summertime Mixtape. And this week, they did.

The two DJs have been kicking off summer with their tape collaboration for five years now, we’ve put you on to the free download before (see here). It’s always perfect for backyard barbecues or headphone listening on a beautiful day.

This time around, the playlist runs 49 tracks, with a new cover of the classic Summertime by the legendary Biz Markie right at the top. Hit the graphic below to jump over and stream / download the Summertime Volume 5 mixtape directly from the site.
