As we continue to single-handedly support the economic recovery with our hiring (jk), we find ourselves in need of an assistant who can handle our calendars, answer phones, liaise with vendors and pick up administrative tasks and projects along the way.
This is an entry level position, financial firm experience not required. Microsoft Word, Excel a must. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan.
