Saturday Night Video: Jay Electronica Will Breakout in 2010

It’s been a minute since I’ve truly been excited about a new rapper, but tonight I’m gonna put you all on to Jay Electronica.

After 2 years of buzz and some random releases around the internet, 2010 is starting to look like a breakout year for the New Orleans-bred emcee.  His lyrical style and song production are a throwback to the pre-ringtone/autotune era and that’s part of what has real Hip Hop fans excited.
